Two events on the topic of resonance and hearing in the first half of 2026
- 1. On April 17, 2026, an EEH symposium will take place in Kufstein, Austria: Listening and being heard. www.zoi-Tirol.at
EEH (Emotional First Aid) is a method developed by body psychotherapist Thomas Harms to support crying babies and parents. The therapeutic principles developed in this context can be transferred to psychotherapy for adults. (“BKPT – Attachment-Oriented Body Psychotherapy”)
As part of the conference, Dirk Beckedorf will give a lecture entitled “Prenatal Dimensions of Hearing.”
Prior to this, Thomas Harms and Dirk Beckedorf will jointly hold a workshop on April 15 and 16: “Listening with the Heart.”
The workshop is aimed at anyone who works therapeutically with adults and children, including hearing therapists, psychotherapists, educators, and midwives. - 2. From May 14-17, 2026, a BKPT symposium entitled “Resonance and Connection” will take place in Salzburg. There will be various lectures and workshops with Matthew Appleton, Verena König, Dr. Nicole Strüber, Prof. Donata Schöller, Thomas Harms, Dirk Beckedorf, and others.
